Jessica brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our board, with over 15 years of distinguished leadership in the social service sector. Her extensive background in systems change and unwavering dedication to enhancing mental health and wellness services in rural and remote communities aligns perfectly with Tidal’s mission to become a high compliance supplier of psychedelic drug products and therapies that are both innovative and accessible.
With an academic foundation that includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Thompson Rivers University and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University, Jessica possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies and complexities of addressing the importance of mental health, and the vital role it plays in individual and community well-being. Furthermore, Jessica is a certified Human Rights Consultant, reflecting her commitment to ethical and equitable practices in all aspects of her work. Currently serving as the CEO of The Open Doors, a charitable organisation that provides vital services to youth, families, and adults in Alberta and Nunavut, Jessica has been at the forefront of pioneering integrated service delivery models, specifically designed to benefit underserved rural and remote populations.
